Protein Pudding

If you follow my Instagram stories, then you're sure to have seen my infamous "protein pudding". Of ALLLLL the food I post to my story (literally, every meal, snack, drink) protein pudding gets the most response! Everyone wants to know about this mysterious goodness. 

Luckily for you, it is the EASIEST to make (which is probably why it appears in my story every day). It has quickly become a top contender on my go-to afternoon snack list. 

This is my perfect afternoon snack because it's sweet, delicious, healthy.. and completely satisfies my sugar cravings! It's like my sweet tooth waits around til 3pm every day and then jumps out ready to play in full force. Protein pudding tricks it into thinking it's winning. Win, win. 

There's about a million ways to make it and for the sake of pretty pictures and appeal, I added some fix-ins, but usually it involves 2 or 3 ingredients, one of them being water. Seriously, TOOOO easy!

Prep/Cook Time: 1 minute

Servings: 1


  1. Mix together protein powder and ucan in serving bowl. 
  2. Add water until you reach your pudding consistency.
  3. Add toppings!


Optional toppings:

  • Banana
  • Strawberry
  • Nuts
  • Coconut Flakes
