White Chocolate Coconut Flour Blondie

Lie within this blonde little square are subtle hints of coconut and peanut butter and each bite is bursting with the sweet flavor of melted white chocolate chips. It's creamy deliciousness makes it hard to stop at just one. But don't take my word for it.. find out for yourself!

In true, Kraving Health fashion, these mouth-watering bars are jam packed with health benefits. Dates are high in nutrients, minerals, fiber, cancer fighting antioxidants and more! They are sweet and add flavor AND health to eat bite, unlike traditional sugar. Bananas are high in potassium, fiber and other nutrients and are known for improving digestive health. The eggs provide healthy protein while the coconut oil and peanut butter offer good fats and a creamy, smooth texture. The white chocolate chips? Well, they are just darn good!

While these might not be for everyone, if you're looking for a healthy alternative to bite the sweet tooth, you've come to the right place. I've been fighting that urge all week long. I saw the dates at Costco and knew my battle was over. I was dreaming this up on the drive home and immediately put my vision to the test. Complete success!
