Lemon Parmesan Salmon

If I could eat salmon every day, I would. I love the way I slide my fork into it and it falls apart at the seams. It's juicy, fresh, moist and each bite leads you to the next and the next until that last dreadful bite indicates you're time in heaven has expired. Salmon is the queen {seems girly doesn't it?} of absorbing the flavors it's marinated in and you can never go wrong with lemon. Or cheese. Especially parmesan cheese.

The thing I love about this simple dish is it won't have you running to the store to grab this spice or that spice that you'll never use again. It's easy, low maintenance and you've likely already got the ingredients sitting in your pantry waiting to be used. We've already had it twice this week. Have I mentioned I'm a creature of habit?

Prep Time: 5 Minutes + marinating if you have time

Cook Time: 20 Minutes

Servings: 1 {if you're doing an entire fillet, increase the cook time to about 25 minutes)

  • Preheat oven to 425 degrees F.
  • Squeeze 1/4 lemon on Salmon.
  • Coat salmon in spinces and garlic.
  • Add Parmesan.
  • Garnish with remaining lemon.
  • Bake for 20 minutes.

  • 1 Piece of Salmon

  • 1 TSP Minced Garlic
  • 1 TBSP Fresh Parmesan
  • 1/8 TSP Garlic Salt
